We offer shared bedrooms and/or private bedrooms at an affordable cost, and common areas are also shared to support a communtative enviroment. 

Are utilities included in the rent at A Place of Hope & Peace Living?

Yes, all utilities are included in the monthly rent, making it easier for residents to manage their living expenses.

Are children or families with children allowed in the housing program?

Unfortunately, we are not currently equipped to accommacte childern or familes with childern at our homes. Our services are designed specifically for adult individuals.

Do you offer support services beyond housing?

Yes. We provide case management, job readiness Assistance, food pantries, and community resources to help residents achieve lasting independence.

Who is eligible to apply for housing?

Our programs are open to individuals experiencing homelessness, domestic violence survivors, youth aging out of foster care, and others in need of stable housing. Eligibility requirements may vary depending on your specific needs. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

How much is required to move-in and are there any other fees?

The first month rent and a one-time Non-Refundable cleaning fee of $200 is due at the start of the lease. 

Is A Place of Hope and Peace Housing a faith-based organization?

Yes, we are guided by faith-based principles, but we welcome and serve individuals from all backgrounds and beliefs with compassion and respect.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the homes to maintain a safe and clean enviorment for all residents.

Visitors are not allowed inside the facility to ensure the safety, privacy, and healing environment for all residents.
