Our housing programs are Drug and Alcohol Free.  Our homes are nicely decorated and fully furnished. 
All utilities are covered with your rent, including electricity, water, Wifi Internet, and laundry machines in the homes.  
There is a one-time Non-Refundable cleaning fee of $200 due at the start of the lease. 


Please be advised of the following: 
- Guaranteed Income is required (SSI/SSDI/Organization Pay)  
- Individuals who are able and willing must be work- ready (Private Pay)  
- Housing Rules are strictly enforced.
